The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has officially released the list of members of the various Sub-Committees ahead of the much-anticipated 2025 Elective National Convention, scheduled to hold in Ibadan, the Oyo State Capital, from Saturday 15th to Sunday 16th November, 2025.
Among those listed is Oduola Olumide Sunday (popularly known as Alayaki Ona-Ara), whose name appeared under the Venue Committee (Number 119), as sighted by Egalitarian Voice in a press statement released by the PDP National Secretariat today.
In his reaction, Alayaki Ona-Ara expressed profound appreciation to the leaders of the party for entrusting him with the rare privilege:
“I want to sincerely appreciate His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, and His Excellency, my great leader, father, and principal, Ambassador Taofeek Oladejo Arapaja (Oluomo 1, KONGE IRE 2027–ARAPAJA) for giving me this fortunate opportunity. I am highly honored to serve, and I promise to learn, contribute, and excel in this assignment.”
The Sub-Committee appointments mark another critical step in ensuring a smooth and successful National Convention, where new national officers of the party will be elected.
