The African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Oyo State has reacted to the outcome of the recently concluded Ibadan North Federal Constituency by-election with a strong message to residents of the area.
In the statement signed by the party’s Publicity Secretary, Barr. Bimpe Adelowo, the ADC expressed appreciation to all who supported its candidate, Dr. Dexter Femi Akin-Alamu, during the election.

“We specifically appreciate Dr. Kazeem Abidikugu and Hon. Bolanle Aminat Sarumi (BASA) for their immense contributions before, during, and even after the election,” Barr. Adelowo stated.
While acknowledging the election result, the ADC emphasised that the true losers are not the party but those who engaged in vote-buying.
