The Executive Chairman of Ibadan South West Local Government has kicked off his 2025 Free Summer Coaching program for secondary school students. The program, initiated by the Chairman, Hon. Kehinde Akande, aims to provide a supportive platform for students to develop their knowledge, skills, and character during the summer break.
The program offers free coaching classes in various subjects, including Mathematics, Science, and English Language. Students will be guided by experienced coaches and mentors who will provide support and guidance. The coaching sessions are designed to be interactive, engaging, and tailored to meet the needs of students at different levels.
The program has seen a high turnout of students from different secondary schools, with participants expressing gratitude and enthusiasm for the opportunity. The Local Government has committed to providing resources and support to ensure the program’s success.
The Chairman aims to provide a nurturing environment where students can grow, learn, and develop essential skills. According to Alhaji Hassan Bello, Chief of Staff to the Chairman, “I am thrilled to see so many students taking advantage of this opportunity.”
The summer school program is designed for students in Junior Secondary School (JS1-3) and Senior Secondary School (SS1-3), with classes scheduled every Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.
The Free Summer Coaching program is part of Hon. Akande’s efforts to promote education and empower the youth in Ibadan South West Local Government. The initiative has the potential to transform the lives of students and contribute to the community’s development.
