The Director Youths Mobilization for Governor Makinde re-election Campaign Honourable Salami Ibraheem Oladeji (a.k.a Dikko) received the APC/Accord Chieftain in Egbeda LG Hon Kolawole Lasisi who is also the former Youth Leader of Egbeda along with other delegation in hope of joining the People Democracy Party, PDP in his office on Wednesday 21st Sept.,2022, Egalitarianvoicenews reports.
In their remarks, Hon Kolawole (former APC Chieftain) and Hon Nurudeen (Accord Youth Leader) in Egbeda at the just concluded primaries made their intentions known to Hon. Dikko on their readiness to dump All Progressive Congress/ Accord party for People’s Democratic Party being the ruling party in the state any moment from now.

“We have seen the great giant Stride of His Excellency, Engr. Oluwaseyi Abiodun Makinde, the Executive Governor of Oyo State in the transformation of Oyo state into a pace setter state, taking the people out of poverty into prosperity and we are ready to join him to have accelerated Development as envisioned in the road map documents.
“Also, Hon Dikko leadership style is another added advantage that attracted us in joining the ruling party, he is accommodating, has integrity and we’ll respected person although our delegation are in quality numbers but we agreed to represent others ” he said.
In his own words, Hon Salami Ibraheem (Dikko) received them warmly on behalf of His Excellency, Engr Seyi Makinde FNSE and told them to meet with the party leadership both at the state and LG for smooth transition to the party. He appreciates their visit and reassure them of all inclusive government in the next dispensation by God’s Grace.
“We can do this together and achieve better, Engr. Makinde is a responsible, responsive leader and he is always ready to work with people of like-minds, you all welcome into our great party, People’s Democratic Party, Governor Makinde re-election is our common goal and priority” he concluded.
