Chief Agbaakin of Lagelu, Honourable Benedict Akika is not just a man but a man of many parts. He is a product of grace and patience couple with hard works and passionate with a a humanitarian heart. Being an ardent ally of my Principal the executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde FNSE makes me to understand God’s Grace over his life more.

Akika Benedict is the founder of Omititun Benedict Forum (OBF) and many of us in Oyo State can feel, see and relate the impact and great works they are doing. It all started from Lagelu sector, Akinyele, Ibadan North East, Ibadan North and still counting.

Akika /Bene as fondly called by many whose name has ravished the heart of the good people of Ibadan, Oyo State especially his territory, Lagelu. No wonder, he was installed the Chieftaincy title as Agbaakin of Lagelu and Wife, Yeye Respectively.
Akika/Bene has turned a brand that everyone wants to wear, bear, associate with, work with and as well do positive activities, combinations with towards helping the people as well promoting the good work of the good Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde
After the emergence of GSM in 2019, many people believed that he is going to be part of the first appointment to work with the governor but reverse is the case, yet, God favoured him and within a twinkle of an eye, he became a product of Grace as a result of his hard work, patience and loyalty in all.
Today, it’s akika this, Bene that. He kept on impacting lives with the little like a drop in the ocean of God’s blessings as well using it to empower the indigent, less privilege, vulnerable individuals and those that need reference, just to mention few. I am a living witness to this just like anyone too will concur.
Akika/Bene is not an office holder, either civil/public servant. He is not an elected honorable, not an SA, SSA, E.A, Honorable Commissioner, Chairman boards, agency, commission etc yet, he kept making the people proud by his convincing Giant Stride effects, performances and good works.
Dear Akika/Bene, you are an inspiration to many, encouragement and epitome of philanthropic vibes towards HUMANITY AND POSTERITY. Make I no lie you sir, I am beginning to be covetous on your leadership and divine administrative acumen.
