The What, The Way, The Will: BASA the Peoples Choice

Leadership is the backbone of success in various spheres of life, from business and politics to education and social movements. Effective leaders possess a unique combination of skills, knowledge, and qualities that enable them to inspire, motivate, and drive results. At the core of effective leadership lie three essential elements: What, Ways, and Will.

What, is the Visionary Aspect

Knowing what is needed is the foundation of effective leadership. This involves having a clear understanding of the goals, challenges, and values. A leader must possess a keen sense of purpose, recognizing the needs of people and the environment in which they live.. This visionary aspect enables leaders to define the mission and objectives.

The Ways is the Tactical Aspect

Knowing how to achieve what is needed is the tactical component of leadership. This involves possessing the skills, knowledge, and expertise to navigate the complexities of the organization or community.

The Will is the Driving Force

Having the will to do what is required is the driving force behind BASA’s effective leadership style. This intangible quality separates successful leaders from those who merely possess knowledge and skills. Will encompasses courage to make tough decisions.

Resilience in the face of adversity and a passion for the mission is a quality Bola Sarumi has aplenty.

BASA’s ability to inspire and motivate others.

The Interplay Between What, Ways, and Will is the BASA. She is the Peoples Choice come 2027.

While knowing what to do and how to do it are essential, they are insufficient without the will to execute. A leader may possess a clear vision and the necessary skills, but without the determination to overcome obstacles, progress will be elusive.

The position of the Governor of Oyo State requires effective leadership and a harmonious balance of What, Ways, and Will. By understanding the needs of the people and possessing the skills to address these needs, and demonstrating the courage and resilience to drive progress. Such a leader can overcome challenges and achieve remarkable success.

THAT IS WHY BASA IS THE ALTERNATIVE.

In the words of Nelson Mandela, “Leadership is not about titles, positions, or flowcharts. It is about one life influencing another.” Embodying the trio of What, Ways, and Will empowers leaders to inspire, motivate, and create lasting impact.

Abraham Lincoln’s leadership during the American Civil War exemplifies the power of Will.

Steve Jobs’ visionary approach (What) and innovative strategies (Ways) revolutionized Apple.

Malala Yousafzai’s courage and resilience (Will) drive her advocacy for girls’ education.
