Gov. Makinde’s Aide, OTOPE Visits Alma Mater, Begins Distribution of 30,000 Free Exercise Books in Egbeda-Ona-Ara Fed. Constituency
In a heartwarming display of altruism, Hon.Chief (Dr.) Ezekiel Temitope Oladimeji, popularly known as OTOPE, has begun distributing 30,000 free exercise books across schools in Egbeda-Ona Ara Federal Constituency. The gesture started at his alma mater, Urban Day Grammar School, Old Ife Road, Ibadan, where he served as the Senior Prefect (Head Boy) in 1996.
Dr. OTOPE, now a renowned philanthropist and aide to Governor Seyi Makinde, returned to his roots to support the education of future generations. The distribution ceremony was held at Urban Day Grammar School today 28th October, 2024 where the principal and students welcomed him with open arms.
“Dr. OTOPE’s generosity is a testament to the values instilled in him during his time at this school,” said the principal. “We are grateful for his commitment to education and community development.”
