Save Our Souls: Customs, Immigration on JBPT crying for help over non-payment of DTA for two years

Nigeria Security officials under Joint Border Patrol Team (JBPT) are crying to relevant authorities for help over their Duty Tour Allowance (DTA).

For TWO YEARS, the officers have not been paid their DTA. Yet, they are moved to different locations nationwide.

The Joint Border Patrol assignment is being led by the Nigeria Customs Service, with personnel from the Immigration, Armed Forces, Police Force and DSS.

Because of non-payment of DTA, agencies like Police, Army and DSS are said to have pulled out, leaving Customs and Immigration in the Joint Border Patrol Team.
