The Planning Committee of the annual Oyo State Omoluabi Festival has announced 19th October 2024 as the new date for this year’s edition, which will once again be held at the prestigious Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort.
In a press statement signed by the Chairman of the 2024 Planning Committee, Omoluabi Safiu Adekunle, through the Head of Publicity, Omoluabi Segun Taiwo (OCAT), the committee highlighted the program’s exciting features, including the introduction of a new segment—the “Omidan Àṣà Oyo” beauty pageant.
The Omoluabi Festival continues to celebrate excellence by honouring prominent personalities across various professions, brands, and exceptional young individuals with the Omoluabi Pataki Award. This year’s edition, by God’s grace, will also crown a deserving young Yoruba lady in the debut “Omidan Àṣà Oyo” contest, which is set to be a key highlight of the festival.
