As the world marks International Women’s Day (IWD) 2026, the Chief Executive Officer of Bliss Farm Kitchen and Bar, Mr. Kayode Oyeleke, has celebrated women while reaffirming the organization’s commitment to gender equality and fairness in the workplace.

Speaking in commemoration of the global event observed every March 8, Mr. Oyeleke stated that Bliss Farm Kitchen, as a responsible organization, has established structures that enable women to reach their full potential and enjoy equal opportunities with their male counterparts in advancing their careers and achieving their life goals.
According to him, several female staff members occupy strategic leadership and management positions within the organization, reflecting the company’s dedication to inclusivity and equal representation.

Mr. Oyeleke further disclosed that about seventy percent (70%) of the organization’s workforce are women, describing them as hardworking, dedicated, and instrumental to the growth of the business.
“Almost seventy percent of our staff are female and we are proud of them all. As today, March 8, marks International Women’s Day, we celebrate them deeply and wish them the best in all their endeavors,” he added.
