In a statement released on Monday 17 March, 2025, OTOPE says, he has yet again released the sum of 2.5 million naira to his party leaders, members as Ramadan Gifts. With act of kindness showcases his dedication to supporting his community, particularly during the holy month of Ramadan.

As a chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency, Dr. OTOPE has consistently promoted unity and harmony among party members. Notably, Dr. OTOPE has held various roles, including Director-General Campaign for Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency in the last Local Government Elections.
