2027 Election Twist: Primate Ayodele Predicts Setback for APC, PDP, Hints at ADC

Primate Elijah Ayodele, leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church (IESC) Worldwide, has stirred heated debate with a fresh prophecy about Nigeria’s 2027 general elections.

In a video message shared on social media, the cleric warned that the two dominant parties—the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)—will not find victory at the polls. He claimed the ruling APC’s “preferred candidate” would lose, while the PDP would be unable to seize the opportunity. Instead, he hinted at the African Democratic Congress (ADC) stepping into the spotlight.

Ayodele described Nigeria’s political terrain as heading for an unexpected realignment, stressing that voters are tired of the old order.

“The handwriting is on the wall. Nigerians are tired, and they want something different,” he declared.

The prophecy comes at a time when political parties are already fine-tuning their strategies ahead of 2027. While APC controls the presidency and PDP remains the main opposition, ADC has historically been a minor player in national politics. Ayodele’s message, however, has triggered speculation about whether a real shake-up could be on the horizon.

Political observers say such prophecies often reflect public dissatisfaction with the status quo, though questions remain about whether smaller parties like ADC can break through in a contest traditionally dominated by political giants.
