2024 LG ELECTIONS — Alajia of Ajia, Oba Nureni Yusuf Adebona, has expressed his support for the positive impacts of Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration in Ajia Land, affirming that those in the community who did not vote for Seyi Makinde’s Party have also witnessed the benefits of good governance.
This endorsement was disclosed in a press statement issued by the Director General of the GLOWIN Campaign Council, Chief Waheed Ajao Aderodekun and distributed to the media by the campaign’s Media Team.
During the campaign tour to Wards 8 in Ajia and Ward 9 in Akanran Garage, community leaders, market men and women converged to witness the event where Glorious and Windapo were unveiled as Chairmanship and Vice Chairmanship Candidates respectively and also, Hon Olaleke Akeem and Hon Abolade Femi Yerima for Councillor Ward 8 Ajia and Ward 9 Garage-Akanran respectively.
In his address, PDP Chairmanship Candidate, Dr. Temitope GLORIOUS, urged for patience regarding the ongoing reconstruction of the Sawia Garage-Akanran market, assuring that it will continue under his administration.
Dr. Glorious also highlighted his plans to beautify the entrance of the Local Government from Olorunsogo, aiming to create a unique and attractive environment for all residents.

Mufutau Ogunremi, Ona Ara Local Government Vice Chairman and Administrative Director, INUKAN LCDA, Hon. Fatai Olapade, Leader of Legislative Arms of Ona Ara Local Government, Hon. Adekunle Mahruf represents Ward 11, PDP Ona Ara Party Chairman, Hon. Mosobalaje Bakare, Baba Rasaki Badeku, Chief Jimoh Dijo, and Pa Oyediran, among other dignitaries.
